Our Experience & Heart for Care

Our care is led by the provider who has over 15 years of hands-on healthcare experience.

I began my journey as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and have proudly served in healthcare for over 15 years. I started my career in a long-term care facility, where I learned the importance of patience, empathy, and treating every resident with dignity. I later transitioned into hospital care, working across multiple units including Oncology, Medical-Surgical, Gastroenterology, and ICU/PCU, with the majority of my experience spent in the Intensive Care Unit. These years taught me how to care for individuals with complex medical needs, provide comfort during critical moments, and support families through difficult times.

My wife, who is my partner in our business play a vital role in both our operations and clinical guidance. She also began her career as a CNA in long-term care, then moved into hospital care where she worked for 7 years as a Cardiac Monitor Technician. She later became a Nurse, bringing over 6 years of nursing experience to our home. Her nursing background includes ventilator and tracheostomy care, home health nursing, and she currently serves as an Infection Control Nurse and Staff Development Coordinator in a long-term care facility, where she leads staff education and promotes best practices in patient safety and quality care.

Together, we combine frontline caregiving experience with strong clinical leadership to ensure our residents receive the highest level of care possible.
